Today was Colsen's 1st T-Ball practice. He has been waiting for this day anxiously. I told him this morning that today would be his first baseball practice. If you really know Colsen then when he got home from school today he came in got his snack and then went to get all his baseball clothes on. The day has FINALLY come for him to wear his baseball pants and his cleats (that he picked out). He has been out in the yard practicing his hitting and fielding with his new bat and glove. He did AWESOME tonight!!! Vic and I took turns watching him because like any other sporting event we go to Tate was on the go. When Vic was watching them a few of the parents said "At least there is one All-Star on the team who knew what he was doing". I guess watching his brothers play for 4 1/2 years has paid off and he has a little bit of an advantage over some of the other kids. We found out tonight that his team will be the "Cubs". Not the best team in baseball to represent but he thinks it is pretty cool that his team name is Tyler's favorite MLB team. (must be brotherly love) I didn't get any pictures of him batting because my dang battery died in my camera. He did really well and crushed the ball. They did some base running and he knew exactly where to go. Although T-ball is one of my favorite sports to watch when they are little I still find it hard to believe that it has been almost 7 years since Holden played. Enjoy and look for more pics to come.

Our Little T-Ballers
Looks like our little man Tate will be following in his brother's footsteps. He is almost 22 months old and he is already using an actual T-ball bat and hitting the ball off the tee. He sets the ball on the tee, looks around to make sure no one is in the way and away he swings. We don't even have to help him hold the bat right or anything. He just knows what to do. Two more years to go and he will be out there on the field just like his brothers. Check out the video of him hitting the ball off the tee.
