Like everyone else tonight was our Trick or Treat night. We had a busy day today with Halloween parties and getting our costumes together. The boys had a lot of fun getting candy. Colsen was eager to run to every house. Tate did good but he was a little on the slow side. He just tugged along mostly stopping to say hi to everyone and to check out everyone's costumes. He wasn't scared by any of the ones that he saw. He also thought he would check out what people had in their houses. He just walked right on in like they were his best friends. He is such a trip. It was a beautiful night to go. It was in the 70's we had a clear night.
Today Colsen's class had a Halloween Party. Vic, Tate and I went and it was a good time. Colsen is doing so well at school and he absolutely LOVES it! There were all kinds of goodies and Mrs. Griffin read Halloween stories and the kids sang a couple songs and they each made their own Halloween shirts. I don't think there were any that were alike. They did a good job.
Tate thought he would stand in the middle of the circle to hear the story
It didn't take Tate long to find the toys
Even daddy wanted to play...ha ha!
Last Sunday we FINALLY went and got our pumpkins. Colsen was so excited he could hardly wait to carve it out. Vic looked up some designs on the computer and Colsen picked out the ones he wanted. He did really good with helping to clean out the inside. They did a great job and Colsen was very proud of how his pumpkins turned out.
